Frequently Asked Installation Questions

Steering wheel controls not working
Check the CANBUS module and calibrate the steering wheel buttons via Steering Wheel Controls → Key Study . If this doesn't work, a certified installer can usually program this for €10-€20.

No (good) sound
Check if your vehicle has an original amplifier (OEM AMP). Select the correct audio protocol in the factory settings.

System does not boot
Reset the system and check the power supply (ACC + B+). Use only the original wiring harness.

CarPlay is not working properly
Use an original iPhone cable and make sure your phone has the latest iOS update.
